Yup! The filling is made with beans. So weird, but so delicious and healthy!
really... hmm. it does sound good. i noticed that chinese crusine often uses beans in their deserts! is this bean filling paste-like?
Nope, white beans blended with aplle juice, maple syrup, and the flour mixture to make the cake.
it sounds moist... i'd like to give a go at it. did you get this recipe off from somewhere?
