Ready to start a new school year!
My sweet, handsome boy was excited to go to school and see his old friends and new classroom.
New classroom, new desk. The only morning when I was allowed in the classroom with Jake -- parents are no longer welcome in the classrooms in the morning, or to help the kids with their backpacks/jackets, in order to allow them to become independent and start their days themselves.
Because this is Spanish Immersion, Jake actually has 2 classrooms, next door to each other. One is for English (pictured above) and the other is for Spanish. Right now he has English in the morning and Spanish in the afternoons as the two classes switch. Thus there are 2 children's names at each place at the table.
